OERCA was designed to be very intuitive and easy to use; but nevertheless, it comes complete with a comprehensive support system to ensure easy transition and trouble-free access to step-by-step instruction. Our coaching and support services include:

  • Guided setup for initial configuration: One of our experts will walk key management through all the necessary setup processes and offer the personal attention required to ensure Users are comfortable with the key functions of the system.
  • OERCA Knowledge Base: A robust Help Center is accessible with just the touch of a button. With organized content categories, a "breadcrumb" feature to track recently viewed/related articles and complete search capabilities, finding answers to any question is just a few clicks away.
  • Comprehensive video tutorials: All OERCA Users will have complete access to our library of video tutorials demonstrating navigation, setup and input for the most common menu items.
  • Ongoing support: Our team is dedicated to ensure Users get the most out of OERCA. Questions and requests can be submitted through multiple channels including email and on-line customer support forms; which are assigned and tracked to insure any issue is solved in a satisfactory and timely manner. OERCA even has a Community Center where Users can share tips and offer suggestions based upon their own experiences.
